Rand Paul Receives Death Threat In Package With White Powder

Capitol police are investigating a death threat targeting senator Rand Paul. Law enforcement is taking this very seriously what we've confirmed so far this morning is that the FBI's Louisville field office is working in conjunction with the u.s capitol police and the warren county sheriff's office to investigate this letter filled with that suspicious white powder sent to senator Paul's Kentucky home and that image as is mentioned ainsley exclusively obtained  "i'll finish what your neighbor started you mother"

Now in a statement senator Paul says

" i take these threats immensely seriously I've been targeted multiple times now" 

This comes just days after 80s pop singer Richard marks tweeting at the senator saying if i ever meet rand Paul's neighbor i'm going to hug him and buy him as many drinks as he can consume. After online backlash Marx called it a wise crack but the senator not amused in the least and blamed twitter for allowing tweet seedless celebrities to advocate for violence against him and his family this isn't the first time.

Paul has been a target of violence at the end of last summer remember him leaving the RNC convention here in Washington with that angry mob surrounding him and his wife the police having to step in to protect the couple and back in 2018 u.s capitol police arrested a man whopaul said called his office and threatened to kill him now the capitol police also tells they hope to release more information once they determine what is releasable.
